The Cherrington stone picker is a powered screener that can dig up to 4" to 6" below the loosened surface and load the soil and unwanted debris onto the powered sifting screens. The rocks, roots, and debris are sifted out while the clean soil is dropped back onto the surface for a perfect seedbed...all in one pass.

Clumps of grass, along with their roots, are collected with other debris in the hopper for easy dumping. The seedbed is left leveled and sifted. Self-Loading Mobile Screeners allow you to get the job done quickly, leaving evenly screened topsoil that is ready for seeding.

Powered off your tractor's hydraulics, our 750 series only requires a standard 540 RPM PTO.

Cherrington's line of compact screeners / stone pickers is ideal for landscape sites, trench restoration, horse tracks and arenas. Offering all the benefits of a full size screen in a size suitable for tractors

Rock Picker The XL series offers the optional hi-lift dump of 5 feet.

The Cherrington Screening Method allows for customizing the size of the material removed, providing faster and more efficient separation of debris from the soil. Cherrington offers different screen options with hole sizes 3/8", 5/8", 3/4", to 1".

The Cherrington sand cleaner / screener can also screen the infields of ball diamonds. Removes small stones 3/8" and unwanted vegetation.

Cherrington screeners can be greatly enhanced with the use of a Harley Rake. A Harley Rake can greatly speed up the screening process by loosening and grading the site in advance.

Sandsifters are problem solvers when it comes to dry sludge removal. The machines may be set with a preset depth to just skim the surface of sand drying beds, smoothly removing the cake of dried sludge.
  

The sand remains on the bed - and the surface is not gouged out or in need of additional leveling. It is actually ready for the next batch of effluent. Sludge harvesters are available as Model 5000 or Model 3000. Tractor models also are available in our 4700 and 700 series.
